1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Orisbet platform. Creating an account for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of our licensing terms.

By registering with Orisbet, you confirm that:

2 Account Registration & Verification

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on Orisbet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Orisbet may request the following documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to your own verified account.

• Deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Orisbet reserves the right to take action in line with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy in response to any suspicious financial activity. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and payments may be temporarily withheld.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5 Betting Rules

• If a Sports Betting match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

• Placing bets across multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and safe environment on Orisbet:

• Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the platform.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using Orisbet for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Artificially exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to Orisbet's systems.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other players.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Orisbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If there is a legitimate balance remaining at the time of account closure and no breach of our terms has occurred, the funds will be returned after verification is completed.

• In the event of a dispute, an initial resolution will be sought through the Orisbet support team.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions of these terms, the English version shall take precedence.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
